JGarden Description:A Nichiren temple. Teamaster Honami Koetsu (1557-1637) was given this site by Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1615. He retired to this site age 76. There are several teahouses on this large site. The most famous feature in the garden is a bamboo fence, attributed to Koetsu.
