He has most recently been conducting research on the life and work of Shigemori Mirei and has published a new book on the subject from Stone Bridge Press. He was awarded a fellowship to develop a more in-depth treatment of the subject while a fellow at Dumbarton Oaks for 2004-2005. Having returned to Switzerland, Dr. Christian Tschumi is a practicing landscape architect, also teaching at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. |
